Reservation Policies for Friday and Saturday

Everyone must be 21 years of age or more

Everyone must eat an entree - entrees range from $10.95 to $25.95 per entree

Everyone must pay the $3 per person entertainment fee

ENTERTAINMENT FEE

$3 per person (waived for parties of 26 or more purchasing $24.95 per person family style menu)

CONFIRMATION PROCESS

It is the responsibility of the party organizer to reconfirm your reservation as the date draws near. Greek Cusina will not call to reconfirm unless we are extremely full. Please keep in touch with us as your number in your party changes. You will be responsible for the minimum food purchase and the entertainment fee of your final number of party participants that our reservations department has noted. What this means is that if you confirm a reservation for 12 people and only 8 show up, you will still be expected to purchase 12 entrees as this is the number of seats we have saved for your party.

CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE

All Friday and Saturday night reservations are required to give a credit / debit card account number to secure the reservation. In the event that your party fails to show for a confirmed reservation, your account will be charged the a minimum food purchase.

RESERVATION TIMING

We take reservations at 7:00pm, 7:30pm, or 8:00pm. We will hold your table for only 15 minutes after the reservation time unless prior arrangements have been made.

CASH AND CARRY BEVERAGES

Each table is assigned a server who will place all orders on one check for each table in the party. The server will not be able to cash and carry beverages unless it is on a pre order basis and arranged ahead of time with the sales office. Servers will not run individual tabs for guests on large parties. There are two ATM’s located in the Greek Cusina for your convenience.

SERVICE FEE / GRATUITY

All parties of 7 or more are subject to a 17% service charge which is added to food and beverage totals at the end of the event.

PAYMENTS

All parties are on a tab basis. The server for the party will ask the contact person for a credit card to be held until the bill is paid. All food and beverages will be placed on one check and presented to the designated person in your group. The server will collect only from one person in your party. We will not be able to facilitate separate checks for your group. We can accept only three credit/debit cards per bill and a combination there of with cash. A 17% gratuity will be added to all parties of 7 or more.

COVER CHARGE

At 8:00pm on Friday and Saturday nights a cover charge is instated. Patrons arriving to join a group which has fulfilled their guest quota will be asked to pay a cover charge. Only members of a party who are included in the original request for reservation will not be subject to cover charge.

ID

Everyone in your group will be checked for ID regardless of how old they are. If someone in your group does not have valid ID they will not be allowed access to the Taverna Floor. Please keep in mind that if your appearance has changed you may be asked for a second piece of ID.

ALCOHOL SERVICE

The staff at the Greek Cusina reserves the right to refuse service or entrance to any person who is visibly intoxicated. This means that if you arrive for a reservation under the influence of intoxicants you will be denied entrance. If a member of your group has been cut off and another person brings them an alcoholic beverage, the entire party will be asked to leave. We will not allow beverages of any kind to be brought in to the Greek Cusina. Open containers filled with beverages will be emptied before entrance will be granted. If a beverage is brought for gift purposes it will be turned over to a staff member until your party is ready to leave.
